Special Events Permit Application
In order to obtain a special permit for your event, you must complete and submit a permit application form. This form can either be submitted electronically, or you can print it out for personal delivery or mailing.
The City of Green Bay Risk Management Office may contact you for a signature if you submit electronically or to obtain further information. Risk Management can be reached at (920) 448-3125.
